The suggestion for the building of RAINBOW is dictated by th einvestor’s wish for an extremely interesting and modern building into a park.

The building is located maximum close to the south board of the plot in order to free a big south yard. The ambition was to save the existing high vegetation.

The main approach to the building is oriented to the east, to future crossing. The economy supply is from north to the little service street. On terrain level is ensured parking for 55 cars.

The whole south part of the building is reach glassed to the park and integrates internal and external space.

The building contents reach recreational spaces, turned wholly to the unique park area and adjoining water areas. Into the centre of the composition is exceptional interesting, multi-functional and attractive building, unique into Sofia.

The aim of the project was to impress the visitor from the entrance and to leave memorized image in him. The reach entrance hall is trough three levels and envelopes audience hall.  On investor’s wish it was looked for visual connection between the foyer and the audience hall through two main levels, which gives opportunity for indirect participation of whole personnel into the performance. In this way the show from the hall in definite cases goes to the foyer, club restaurant and recreational areas.
